These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at bestmoversnationwide.com (the “Site”), operated by Best Movers Nationwide (“Best Movers Nationwide,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 22 John St, Attleboro, MA 02703. By submitting a quote request, browsing the Site, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What We Are (and What We Are Not)
Best Movers Nationwide is a referral and lead-generation platform. We are not a moving company, household goods carrier, freight broker, or storage provider. We do not own or operate trucks, employ movers, pack boxes, or perform any part of a physical move. Our service is limited to collecting the moving details you submit through our quote form and forwarding qualifying requests to independent, third-party moving companies (“Moving Partners”) who may be interested in providing you with a quote.
Any moving services you ultimately purchase are provided solely by the Moving Partner you choose, under that company’s own terms, pricing, and insurance coverage — not ours. Best Movers Nationwide is not a party to any contract, estimate, or agreement between you and a Moving Partner.
2. Your Obligations When Submitting a Quote Request
When you use our quote form, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information, including your name, contact details, origin and destination locations, move date, home size, and services needed;
- Use the Site only for a genuine, personal or business moving inquiry, not for testing, harassment, or fraudulent purposes;
- Understand that submitting a request may result in being contacted by one or more Moving Partners by phone, text, or email regarding your move;
- Be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into agreements for moving services.
3. No Guarantee of Matching, Pricing, or Availability
We do our best to connect you with Moving Partners suited to your request, but we do not guarantee that you will be matched with any mover, that a match will result in a booking, or that any quoted price will be accurate, final, or honored. Final pricing, availability, scheduling, and service terms are determined entirely by the Moving Partner, not by us.
4. No Liability for Moving Partners’ Acts or Omissions
Because Best Movers Nationwide does not perform moving services, we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, representations, licensing status, insurance, pricing practices, service quality, delays, property damage, loss, or any dispute arising from a Moving Partner’s performance (or non-performance). Any claims related to an actual move must be directed to the moving company you hired, not to us. We encourage you to independently vet any Moving Partner before booking, including confirming its USDOT number with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) for interstate moves.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the overall design — is owned by or licensed to Best Movers Nationwide and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: submit false or misleading information; attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems; scrape or harvest data from the Site; use the Site to submit requests on behalf of someone else without their consent; or use the Site in any way that violates applicable law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best Movers Nationwide and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or any interaction with a Moving Partner. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to the amount (if any) you paid directly to us, which in most cases is zero, since our quote service is free to consumers.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and our referral service are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
